Mentorship for success

The KAUST Faculty Mentorship program supports faculty of all ranks in reaching their potential, sharing their knowledge and creating a culture of excellence. The program facilitates the full mentorship journey for both mentors and mentees. It supports faculty-driven mentorship initiatives, trains mentors, and prepares mentees.

Mentorship Program Goals

Build strong supportive networks for faculty across the university to promote collaboration, productivity, and excellence, while positively impacting campus and academic life.

Support early-career faculty across all aspects of their professional development, providing them with the tools to progress and succeed.

Support mid-career faculty in navigating new challenges and opportunities, inspiring leadership and vision.

Support senior faculty in their leadership, contribution and impact as role models.
